Artists Scheduled To Perform At SGMA Day October 12

(Pigeon Forge, TN.) SGMA Executive, Director Charlie Waller, announced today the artist who will be performing during the Induction Ceremony and/or the “All Day Singing and Dinner on the Grounds” events scheduled for October 12 at Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, TN. They are: Florida Boys, Gaither Vocal Band, Booth Brothers, Talley Trio, Southern Sound, Crystal River, Charles Key, Henry Slaughter, Jeff Stice, Former Melody Boys Quartet, Chuck Wagon Gang, and the Songfellows.

The activities this year will begin earlier than in the past.  The park will open for guests at 10:00 am and the singing and meals will begin at 11:00 am.  The buffet-style menu will include: fried chicken, baked chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, cole slaw, hot-buttered rolls, and an assortment of desserts. 

The doors to the Celebrity Theatre will open at 3:00, with the pre-show beginning at 3:45 p.m. – all seats reserved.  The Induction Ceremony, produced by Charlie Waller, will begin at 4:00 pm.  The pre-show has been a crowd-pleaser as the audience has been able to see some very rare clips of the nostalgic groups performing.  This portion of the show is enjoyed by the artists as well as the fans. 

Remember there are a limited number of tickets, so call today (865.908.4040) and ensure your attendance to this great event.  The price for the ticket is $60.00 per person.  This includes your meal, the all-day singing, and the Induction Ceremony.  Waller says, “It’s not ONE of the greatest shows on earth; it is the greatest because we are honoring the building force of our industry.”
