Announces 2006 Hall Of Fame Inductees

PIGEON FORGE, TN (Press Release) - Charlie Waller, Executive Director of the Southern Gospel Music Association, has announced the 2006 Hall of Fame Inductees. Those individuals being honored at the October 12, 2006, ceremony at Dollywood are:

Henry Slaughter 
Vernon Hyles 
Gerald Williams 
Mary Tom Speer-Reid 
Wally Varner 
Wallace “Happy” Edwards 
Jack Pittman 
Charles Key 
Rose Carter-Karnes 
Bob Jones Sr. 
 
Waller states, "These men and women are certainly well-recognized for their achievements. I urge everyone to join the SGMA in congratulating them for their Hall Of Fame induction."
